Qualification Summary
You may qualify at the BAND 2 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement: Applicants must have 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower band/grade level of PT-1/GS-11 in the Federal Service, or comparable private/public sector experience which has equipped the applicant with the skills and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience is defined as experience managing and administering IT Procurements for various products, supplies and services; and planning appropriate strategies to procure requirements; and conducting negotiations in the pre-award and post award phases of contracting.
