Today’s first post is Actor Jamuna Expires at 86. Born in Hampi in the Karnataka State of India, Actor Jamuna expired today of age-related issues. She was not only an actor but also a director and politician. School made her a stage actor and she debuted at the age of 16, in the Telugu movie, Pittilu (1953). Having acted in Kannada, Tamil and Bollywood movies, she got a big break in L V Prasad’s Missiamma (1955), which was made into Bollywood’s Miss Mary (1957).
