Qualification Summary
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Planning and developing internal and external work products such as senior leadership meeting agendas and minutes, reports and work products, policies, semiannual reports and other oversight products, internal reports or action plans related to employee surveys; AND Leading the compilation and editing of key products reports, policies, and guidance; AND Participating in meetings with component personnel on the development and organization of substantive portions of key work products as described above. For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Planning and developing significant internal and external work products such as senior leadership meeting agendas and minutes, reports and work products, policies, semiannual reports, internal reports or action plans related to employee surveys; AND Leading the compilation and editing of key products reports, policies, and guidance; AND Participating in meetings with senior leadership and component personnel on the development and organization of substantive portions of key work products as described above; AND Drafting and editing portions of the above reports and work products. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-12, you must have been at the GS-11 level for 52 weeks. For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks. Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
