Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14, in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled, and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience must include four of the following: Planning, organizing, developing, and implementing strategic plans and initiatives for improving workplace health and safety. Ability to collaborate with key players and technical experts to evaluate and formulate recommendations and/or solutions for addressing issues, assessing data, drawing appropriate conclusions, developing sound recommendations for agency-wide initiatives. Preparing formal written reports and helping to assure progress through tracking and reporting of milestones and key actions. Experience working collaboratively across multiple program areas to accomplish assignments. Demonstrate discretion and sound judgment in carrying out all aspects of the work.
