To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is project or program experience applying executive direction and oversight of the planning, execution, coordination and evaluation of design and construction delivery functions. Providing logistical and management support to assist senior managers and executives in directing and coordinating activities, and operations, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. This experience must include: Providing advice and authoritative guidance and plans, manages, directs and coordinates major programs and project activities performed within designated responsibilities. Participating in project decision-making and formulating short- and long-range program goals and objectives. Evaluating performance, progress, program status and trends against approved objectives and established program controls and reporting requirements. Serving as a representative or alternate with other Program Managers, stakeholders and partners and participates in conferences, boards, public forums and other events as required.
