Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must posses a “Class B” drivers license. Must provide an approved medical form completed by the U.S. licensed doctor of medicine (M.D.). A medical report dated within the last two years must be provided initially and then kept current which means renewal every two years; experience operating buses capable of carrying 16 or more passengers; be familiar with traffic and safety regulations, practices, and procedures pertaining to motor vehicle operating (buses); and passenger safety rules. Must communicate orally; judge road/traffic conditions; read maps, interpret instructions, related to motor vehicle operation (buses); do preventative maintenance and ensure passenger safety.
