Qualification Summary
Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision. Ability to apply analytical methods and techniques to identify and/or resolve complex financial issues.** Ability to use financial computer systems, business intelligence software applications, and data warehouses for financial analysis work.** Ability to interact collaboratively with others and provide consultation on financial matters, reports, and data.** Ability to communicate in writing. Knowledge of the Federal budget process and financial management practices and procedures. Knowledge of research and analysis used to assess program financial performance reporting. Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
