Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Program analyst specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: demonstrates a strong knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques to studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of programs related to Freedom of Information act and Privacy act. I have experience providing technical assistance to records manager supporting the Records Management functions to include classification, retention and data system interface. I have experience evaluating and recommending ways to improve the utilization of available resource and improve program management service. Examples of specialized experience may include 1) Review and analyze FOIA request and initiate request for cognizant ACOM or activity leads to search for responsive records; 2) Ensure documents are stored correctly to comply with Records Management policy and guidelines; 3) Locate, evaluate and selects responsible material from numerous sources, in response to incoming FOIA request.
