The 18V LXT 1/3 Sheet Finishing Sander has a variable speed dial with settings for 4,000, 8,000, and 12,000 OPM, allowing the user to choose the optimal setting for their specific task. Flutter is minimized, and even surface quality is achieved because of the strategic placement of the motor and batteries.
Reduced Dust Exposure
The XOB03’s effective through-the-pad dust-collecting mechanism contributes to a more hygienic workplace. The Auto-Start Wireless System (AWSTM) is included for your comfort. When paired with a compatible dust extractor, AWSTM allows for hands-free power cycling between the tool and the vacuum cleaner. When paired with an AWSTM-enabled cordless tool, the dust extractor will turn on and off in response to the tool’s operation, conserving power when it is not in use. The efficiency of battery-operated dust extractors improves, and the constant noise on the working or construction site is less.
