Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 pay band (GS-11 and GS-12 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying principles of financial administration to analyze financial data for effective management analysis and decision-making. Examples of qualifying experience may include (1) researching and interpreting the DoD Financial Management Regulations (FMR), Navy Financial Management Policy Manual (FMPM), and Navy and DoD financial policies, guidelines and regulations; (2) expert knowledge and experience with Working Capital Fund (WCF) financial policies, processes and procedures; (3) comprehensive knowledge of the financial system of record, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP); (4) ability to perform the full range of supervisory duties, including technical leadership and implementation of equal employment opportunity programs and objectives.
