Qualification Summary
The applicant is to provide a separate narrative statement which describes fully, but concisely, how his/her experience supports each of the following Mandatory Technical Qualifications. Each technical qualification narrative should not exceed 2 pages. Failure to address these specific qualifications in a separate narrative statement will eliminate you from consideration 1. Demonstrated expertise in computer science, engineering, data science, or mathematics and statistics with multidisciplinary expertise with an emphasis in mission engineering and analytics. 2. Demonstrated expertise in building and leading mission engineering and analytics teams in delivering mission thread solutions to support Information Warfare decision-making with an emphasis on advising senior leaders and decision-makers from across the Department of the Navy/Department of Defense (DON/DoD). 3. Demonstrated specialized knowledge and experience in a scientific or technical field gained through research, development, integration and fielding of enterprise Information Technology (IT) systems. At least one year of this experience must have been in planning and executing difficult, highly technical major acquisition programs. 4. Demonstrated ability to cultivate and leverage partnerships with engineering communities in other DoD and DON organizations including Marine Corp Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), NAVWAR 5.0, Program Executive Offices (PEOs), NIWC Pacific, Fleet Cyber Command (FLTCYBERCOM), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Navy Warfare Centers, National Security Agency, U.S. Cyber Command, and U.S. Fleet Cyber Command. 5. Experience communicating and building coalitions to lead a community of technical and non-technical workforce across a broad spectrum of skill sets and dispersed locations focused on developing, sharing, and delivering products, solutions, methodologies, patterns, and best practices.
