Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Inspecting building and/equipment drawings where available to prepare estimates of man hours required to complete job/orders tasks; 2) Using computerized management system for facilities inspection, scheduling, and record-keeping; 3) Preparing Work Orders and specifications for material required to perform maintenance; 4) Providing maintenance for real property and equipment such as compressed air; heating; ventilation; air conditioning; fire suppression; and/or Direct Digital Controls.
