You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement: Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the next lower level in the Federal service. To qualify for the NB-VII level, you must have specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level, NB-VI or GS-14. Examples of specialized experience for this position include: Knowledge of, and experience in, managing community and economic development financing programs and banking industry practices. AND Experience managing and reviewing research and analyses to write technical reports and publish/present papers and articles on community and economic development finance topics. The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
