Qualification Summary
Minimum Qualification Requirement: Applicants must have at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower level/band, the PT-I, PE-I, AC-III, CS-I, or GS-11 equivalent. Specialized experience is experience is experience analyzing the operational efficiency of a transit program; creating and maintaining a budget to include allocation and reconciliation of expenditures; and developing polices and/or standard operating procedures for a transit program.
