Qualification Summary
Other qualifications include: The ability to lift and rack server equipment of approximately 50 lbs. Working knowledge of Microsoft server technologies, VMWARE virtualization, basic networking, storage area networks and email systems. Linux experience is highly desirable but not required. Ability to collaborate with peers and management daily in performing the maintenance, upgrade and project tasks including frequent status reporting both written and verbal. Ability to perform tasks individually and be self-motivating. Must be able to obtain and retain a top secret (TS) level clearance if required. Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to communicate and understand technical information, comprehend technical instructions, evaluate problems, and assist users; ability to remain calm and professional in high stress environment when confronted with demanding users, short timeframes, or other pressing and urgent demands.
