Qualification Summary
In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Analyzing technical statistical reports and evaluating price and/or cost data to carry our pre-award and/or post-award procurement actions; 2) Advising and assisting technical representatives on procurement requirements and regulations for work involving architect and engineering services, support contracts, construction and environmental services; 3) Administering contracts with technical specifications and special contract provisions (e.g., firm fixed price, cost reimbursement, incentive provisions); and 4) Evaluating contractor claims or proposals to execute settlement agreements related to contract terminations.
