To qualify for the position of Chief Learning Officer and Assistant Director, you must meet the mandatory technical qualifications (MTQ) listed below. Your responses to the MTQs should be addressed separately (separate document), not to exceed 2 pages per MTQ. MTQ 1: Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of training and development programs in a large-scale organization (e.g., 1,500+ employees) to include evaluating new and existing enterprise technology platforms for training delivery. MTQ 2: Experience in developing and implementing corporate level strategic programs or plans in the areas of training and development for a large-scale organization (e.g., 1,500+ employees) to include the development of executive or leadership development programs. MTQ 3: Experience in developing corporate policy, performance measures, and/or benchmarks as it relates to training programs and professional development activities.
