Qualification Summary
Your resume and supporting documentation will be used to determine whether you meet the position qualifications listed in this announcement. If you are minimally qualified for this position, your resume and supporting documentation will be sent to the hiring official for employment consideration. To qualify, an applicant must: Be a citizen of the United States; Possess a J.D. degree or equivalent, be an active member of the bar in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction), have at least four years of post-J.D. experience, and be a U.S. citizen; Have strong diplomatic skills and significant experience with antitrust law and policy; and Be familiar with domestic and international agencies associated with competition issues. Desirable Qualifications: Foreign language skills; Experience with U.S. and international competition law and/or foreign antitrust agencies; and Experience with international litigation issues.
