Qualification Summary
FOR THE GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) conducting investigations (e.g., gathering facts using appropriate investigative techniques and analyzing evidence against applicable laws and standards) into fraud, waste, and abuse or related civil administrative or criminal matters to determine, identify, or confirm suspected wrongdoing or deficiencies independently, and (2) producing formal written work that clearly communicates complex facts, analysis, and legal conclusions to individuals, including high-level managers and other federal, state, and local agencies independently.
