S D Burman Composes for Navketan

Today’s second post is S D Burman Composes for Navketan. Navketan Films was started by Actor-Producer-Director Dev Anand and his elder sibling, Chetan Anand. Their younger brother, Vijay Anand, had also directed several movies for the production company. Burman Dada, Sachin Dev Burman or S D Burman joined hands with the company in the 1950s, with Afsar (1950). For this post, I have selected some of my favorite songs from the Bollywood movies they collaborated for. I hope you like them.
