SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: At least 4-years of experience in contracting or related positions. At least 1 year of that experience must have been specialized experience at or equivalent to work at the next lower grade level and must demonstrate experience that includes evaluation cost and/or price proposals, contract changes, contract pricing, reviewing auditor data, and participation in negotiations on a cost and/or price issues. Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade/band any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade/pay band requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. For an NQ-03 position you must have served 52 weeks as a GS-12 or equivalent. The grade /pay band may have been in any occupation, and must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade/pay band eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide additional SF-50s that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade/pay band.
