Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Researching issues in hospital credentialing/privileging processes to resolve program issues. 2) Analyzing trends necessary to improve policies, practice and procedures in the credentialing and privileging functions of health care delivery system. 3) Presenting oral and/ or written information on a variety of hospital subjects (i.e. credentials, standard guidelines relating to PI/PS) to enhance educational offerings to the community and military personnel. 4) Liaising with other organization units (i.e. hospital staff, department heads, external agencies) to accomplish hospital mission goals.
