GS-12: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Employing contracts management, services acquisition, scheduling, cost estimating and general business processes associated with facilities services work; 2) Participating in technical review boards to recommend selections for contract awards; 3) Drafting performance work statements (PWS) and specifications to capture customer requirements in order to publish Requests for Proposals (RFPs); and 4) Interpreting customer requirements in terms of performance objectives and standards to generate contract technical packages and performance assessment plans. GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Working collaboratively or independently toward a common goal adding value throughout the process or project; 2) Communicating effectively with all levels of the chain-of-command; and 3) Performing basic computer tasks in the Microsoft Office Suite along with the capability to learn and become proficient in enterprise e-systems to execute daily tasks (e-Projects, EDA, RS Means, Maximo, iNFADS, etc.).
