You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Basic Education Requirement:
Archeology 0193 series
Biology 0401 series
Forestry, GS-0460 series
Engineering 0800 series
Architect 0808 series
Physical Science 1301 series Specialized Experience at the GS-14: one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1) Plan, direct, monitor and Supervise a Regulatory program engaged in water regulation, this includes managing the program in compliance with governing public laws, regulations, interagency agreements, or policies of higher headquarters and 2) Identify, develop, acquire, and allocate resources, including personnel to effectively plan, manage and execute the regulatory program budget. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
Administration and ManagementEnvironmental Law and Regulatory ComplianceLeadershipStrategic Thinking Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
