Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the Specialized Experience requirements as noted below. Specialized Experience: GS-13 : You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal government performing the following duties: Dealing with issues related to the expansion and promotion of broadband infrastructure and digital inclusion in the United States; and
Understanding wired and/or wireless broadband networks, local broadband initiatives, and digital inclusion programs. Specialized Experience: GS-14 : You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government performing the following duties: Dealing with issues related to the expansion and promotion of broadband infrastructure and digital inclusion in the United States; and
Understanding wired and/or wireless broadband networks, local broadband initiatives, and digital inclusion programs; and
Managing federal grants either from the role of federal oversight or recipient compliance. NOTE: Experience: Your resume must support your claim of experience, or you may be found ineligible. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Qualification claims will be subject to verification.This announcement will remain open for 30 days.
