Qualification Summary
APPOINTMENT TO THIS POSITION WILL BE TEMPORARY, NOT-TO-EXCEED ONE (1) YEAR. This assignment may be terminated, extended or made permanent at any time without further competition. If the assignment is not made permanent, the individual selected may be returned to the same or similar position from which they were promoted/detailed/temporarily reassigned. You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above. To qualify at the GS-14 level, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level; applying principles, analytical methods, and techniques to strategic client account management; designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive and responsive external relations programs and projects; managing project concepts, theories, and principles related to large scale projects, including planning, scheduling, budget processes, and/or management of contract requirements.
