Specialized experience is experience managing large office buildings or other large office complexes. Such experience includes negotiating lease provisions; supervising maintenance staff; negotiating service contracts; developing maintenance programs for buildings; supervising construction of buildings, including inspecting plans to assure inclusion of necessary facilities; and inspection of projects at completion.
