Qualification Summary
Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date 01/18/2022 of the announcement including specialized experience and/or education, as defined. For the GS-13 level: Specialized experience is at least one full-time year of experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience providing crop insurance technical support and guidance to assist partners with the delivery of federal crop insurance. Specialized experience includes 1) implementing program oversight, 2)providing explanations of insurance policy provisions to the crop insurance industry and general public, and 3) conducting impartial, uniformly consistent risk management evaluations. Time in grade: Current federal employees applying for a promotion opportunity must meet time-in-grade (TIG) requirement of 52 weeks of service at the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the position being filled. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
