Qualification Summary
Selective Placement Factor (SPF): This position has an SPF which is current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in any state, the District of Columbia, Guam or Puerto Rico. You must provide a copy of your current registration with your application. In addition to the basic requirements and SPF, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Program management of Public Works products and services for facilities management and sustainment to include Utilities, Energy Management and Transportation in accordance with all applicable policies and regulations; 2) Project management to include leading meetings, recording/tracking deliverables, preparing/delivering briefings, and project oversight (resourcing, staffing, training and schedules) to meet mission requirements; 3) Conducting analytical reviews of programs to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions to include utilization of data visualization software; 4) Monitoring Business Line execution to create a more effective program; 5) Identifying and analyzing highly complex issues and
develops solutions; 6) Implementing programs ensuring program objectives are communicated, synchronized, supported and achieved; and 7) Senior level leadership skill in team
management, meeting organizational goals and results driven in collaborating with both internal and external partners and stakeholders.
