Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilization of the U.S. Special Operation Command (USSOCOM), Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) staff, Naval Educational Training Command (NETC), Special Operations, Naval Special Warfare (NSW), and Special Warfare Combatant Craft Crewman (SWCC) operational guidance to establish specific job classification and skills capture processes; 2) Prepare project papers and staff reports; 3) Deliver briefings to managers to encourage understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations; 4) Manage SWCC job descriptions, job profiles and skills standards, such as Boat Captain and NSW Navy Enlisted Classifications; 5) Plans, schedules, and performs periodic review of the SWCC job skills and qualification and updates the data systems as necessary.
