Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-04/GS-13/14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing technical management functions through direction of the work of teams, and determination and allocation of resources.
2) Developing and implementing Information Management Concepts (IMC) and Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) policy.
3) Effectively proving and justifying controversial issues, e.g., deviations from established policy, modifications of previously approved plans.
4) Contributing to decisions that determine division-wide staffing levels and appropriate distribution of personnel, equipment and other resources relative to assigned workload.
5) Adjusting the allocation of personnel and other resources in a timely and effective manner to meet program contingencies – evaluating individual and team performance to ensure adequacy and accuracy. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
