Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, organizing and coordinating facility support program management services for an activity or organization; 2) Reviewing all submittals and drawings ensuring they are accurate, efficient and align with long term objectives; 3) Providing advice and/or guidance on layout, capabilities and viability of proposed facilities changes/improvements to support organizations mission; 4) Networking with and gathering information from Departments Heads to coordinate conferences and meeting associated with current and future facilities projects; 5) Providing/performing Contracting Officer Representative (COR)/ Technical Representative (COTR) duties for assigned contractor facility/trainer support as needed.
