Today’s second post is Actor Pulkit Samrat’s Birthday. Pulkit Samrat was born this day in 1983 and brought up in Delhi, in a Hindu Punjabi family. 5 months post joining a course in advertising from Delhi’s Apeejay Institute of Design, he got a modelling assignment and quit his studies to come to Mumbai, in 2005. At Mumbai, he joined Kishore Namit Kapoor’s acting academy.
Beginning his acting career with Balaji Telefilms’ Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi (2006), though he left the teleserial in 2007; he initially became famous as the teleserial’s character – Lakshya Veerani. He debuted, in Bollywood, with Bittoo Boss (2012) and is popularly known as Hunny from Fukrey (2013). The actor has also led the cast in Vaibhavi Merchant’s musical play Taj Express (2011). He is currently working in the currently filming Suswagatam Khushaamadeed.
