Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) conducting observational surveys of various workplaces and identifying Occupational Disease concerns, 2)scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating the completion of IH surveys with the Naval Health Clinic IH team, and reviewing IH surveys and providing education to Shop Supervisors regarding IH survey requirements, 3) completing analysis of samples and reports results and writing preliminary reports which include findings and recommendations for control of hazards, and 4) developing Occupational Health training plans, including planning courses to meet specific and general needs, such as Hearing, Sight, Heavy Metals, Industrial Ergonomics, Silica, Cobalt and Lead.
