Qualification Summary
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-14: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
– Leading, planning, coordinating, and tracking multiple projects concurrently for large scale projects or organizations according to federal financial and project management guidelines and principles; AND
-Customer service and regular independent customer interaction; AND
-Public speaking, independently preparing and presenting executive-level materials for internal and external stakeholders; AND
-Analyzing and applying formal project, pipeline, and process management techniques. For the GS-13: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
-Facilitating, planning, coordinating, and tracking multiple projects concurrently for organizations according to Federal financial and project management guidelines and principles; AND
-Customer service and regular customer interaction with minimal management oversight; AND
-Applying formal project, pipeline, and process management techniques. For the GS-12: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as proven proficiency and supportable (as evidenced in the resume) hands-on experience in ALL of the following:
-Planning, coordinating, and tracking multiple projects concurrently for large scale projects or organizations according to Federal financial and project management guidelines and principles; AND
-Customer service and regular customer interaction with some supervisory oversight; AND
-Utilizing formal project, pipeline, and process management techniques.
Time in Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
