Qualification Summary
Selective Placement Factor (Screen out): Applicants must be fluent (spoken and written) in French). This information must be included in your resume. To qualify for pay band 2d you must also meet the following: Have at least one year of specialized experience relevant to the position duties and comparable to the MCC Pay Band 3a (GS-15) or an equivalent level which is directly related to the work of this position and which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. For this position, this experience is defined as: providing leadership, management guidance, advice, technical feedback, and support developing large-scale (more than $10 million) economic growth projects, work plan development, leading due diligence, and meeting investment criteria; experience with project management, coordinating and managing the tracking, analysis, budget development and procurement processes and creating systems, processes and reports that facilitate ongoing monitoring and assessment of project development and implementation; and communicating program goals and operations concepts effectively to staff, stakeholders, and country counterparts, both orally and in writing, in order to enhance the design and implementation of development projects.
