Specialized experience is experience that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding and application of building management principles, concepts and practices gained by serving as the primary interface between internal and external stakeholders for a majority of facilities management activities for large office buildings. These activities would include assisting in the oversight of building operations and maintenance, repair and alteration projects, energy savings, custodial, snow removal, and pest control.
