Qualification Summary
Qualifications and Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of programming experience with applications including: Perl, SQL, JIRA, WordPress, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps, Teams and SharePoint Online. Expertise in databases, including SQL Server, MySQL and Informix. Extensive knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, iOS, Linux, VDI, Microsoft O365. Project management expertise involving successfully completing projects with changing priorities and within budget constraints. Excellent written and oral communication abilities, and strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to travel upon request within and outside of the circuit. Preferred Qualifications: For management potential, a minimum of 3 years of substantial management responsibility including planning, coordinating, and directing work in support of an organization’s current and future automated system requirements, which includes supervision of direct reports and complex projects in an information technology support unit. Federal court experience and/or experience working with court-related computer systems.
