Qualification Summary
As required by Executive Order 14043, Federal employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 regardless of the employee’s duty location or work arrangement (e.g., telework, remote work, etc.), subject to such exceptions as required by law. If selected, you will be required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and submit documentation of proof of vaccination by November 22, 2021 or before appointment or onboarding with the agency, if after November 22. The agency will provide additional information regarding what information or documentation will be needed and how you can request of the agency a legally required exception from this requirement. To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must have one (1) year of specialized experience at least equivalent to a GS-14 Performance Auditor or Program Analyst Supervisor position which is in or directly related to planning and conducting technically complex and comprehensive performance audits and reviews. Specialized experience must include comprehensive knowledge, understanding, and application of: professional governmental auditing standards; techniques for directing the work of individual auditors and managers leading evaluation teams; presenting complex issues to, and reviewing results with senior executives and high level program managers. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade level (or equivalent).
