Qualification Summary
AREA OF CONSIDERATION: This position is in the Excepted Service “under the authority of Title 5, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA)”, and is open to current US Federal employees interested in working for the Department of the Army and Air to meet our mission requirements in position classification and position management advisory services. PCS: Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs, Recruitment or Relocation Incentive MAY be authorized. Authorization for payment of PCS expenses, Recruitment or Relocation Incentive will be granted ONLY after determination is made that payment is in the best interest of the Florida National Guard. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-11 must have at least one year experience at the GS-09 level, in the normal line of progression through federal service or equivalent experience in the National Guard missions, organizations, and federal civilian or military personnel programs; must have experiences in executing personnel programs and Human Resources Information Systems, as applicable to the specific position and its position description; must have knowledge and understanding of the personnel and manpower core competencies: Organization Structure; Requirements Determination; Program Allocation and Control; and, Performance Improvement; working knowledge of organizational structures; manpower standards; manpower resources; manpower data systems; or, commercial services to include strategic sourcing; experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
