In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Managing design and construction workload and providing senior leadership related to construction management efforts and expert direction, guidance and mentorship to design and construction personnel; 2) Utilizing advanced concepts, principles and practices in engineering/architecture to independently develop creative, technically sound solutions to complex problems; 3) Managing overall requirements in administering construction contracts, evaluating administrative submittals, preparing reports and briefs and monitoring quality assurance and safety compliance with plans and specifications; 4) Reviewing/approving/monitoring Design-Build Architecture and Engineering (A&E) and construction contract schedules, maintaining visibility on overall project cost and schedule growth; and 5) Utilizing computer-based programs (i.e., eContracts, Enterprise Safety Application Management System (ESAMS), Facility Accident and Incident Reporting (FAIR) and Primavera scheduling software) to perform daily tasks.
