Qualification Summary
Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by the following: Analyzing the effectiveness of targeting efforts in support of operational and concept plan to adapt techniques to measure and improve effectiveness of targeting efforts. Collaborating with staff and leadership to develop/present information briefs explaining target-specific conditions and solutions. Utilizing database software and tools to facilitate target planning and target data basing requirements in accordance with joint publications and standards. Applying policies and processes governing the analysis, identification, and coordination of staff/material requirements during planning for targeting efforts to oversee targeting processes for operations and exercise planning. This position is within the Work Category PROFESSIONAL AND ADVANCED at Work Level SENIOR, Series and Grade GG-0343-13.Additional qualifications information can be found from the following Department of Defense website: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
