Qualification Summary
The minimum qualifications for the position: – Prior work experience managing or directing a 12 lane Bowling Center. Applicants that meet the following Highly Preferred Qualifications will be referred to management for consideration first. In addition to the above listed minimum qualifications, the applicant must possess: Highly Preferred Qualification Criteria: 1. Minimum of 2 years prior work experience as a General Manager of a Bowling Facility or a family entertainment style Bowling Facility.
2. Prior work experience in financial analysis, budget development & execution, food/labor cost management and menu/pricing development.
3. Prior work experience in the development & execution of targeted marketing and programming for Bowling Leagues, Open Play Bowling and Bowling Social Events.
4. Prior work experience operating & maintaining Qubica/AMF equipment & software.
