Specialized experience is defined as: Project management for one or more civil works projects under life cycle project management system. Assist in the planning and oversight of cost and schedule execution of the planning, design and construction of project in coordination with the functional chiefs. Reviews project criteria, construction progress, and contract modifications. Assist in the evaluation of the status of project against established milestones and objectives by analyzing information presented to assure the attainment of goals and objectives. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
