Qualification Summary
Required Qualifications: Applicants must also possess a J.D. degree, be an active member of the bar (any jurisdiction); possess superior oral and written communication skills, as well as strong character and interpersonal skills; have demonstrated the capacity to function, with minimal guidance, in a highly demanding environment. Additionally, the successful candidate must have at least one (1) year of post J.D. experience. United States citizenship is required. Preferred Qualifications: Outstanding academic record; complex litigation experience; exceptional research and writing ability; the ability to successfully represent the interest of the United States in federal court; the ability to handle and successfully manage a heavy case load involving complex cases. You must meet all qualification requirements upon the closing date of this announcement.
