Candidates must be a recognized subject matter expert with at least 1 year of directly related experience equivalent to the GS-15 level in performing in-depth technical and programmatic assessments that involve all classes of orbital launch vehicles and NASA policy, based on the unique mission-specific needs of NASA’s robotic spacecraft. Application of this knowledge to the insight and approval, launch vehicle certification, and acquisition and management of commercial launch vehicles/services for NASA’s robotic spacecraft. Experience in managing complex work that could include Industry, Academia, DoD, and/or International partners.. Your resume must include a clear and detailed narrative description, in your own words, of how you meet the required specialized experience.
