Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility. Specialized experience must include some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating familiarity with the performance of various Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) duties and serving as an advisor to the organization in DEIA matters; 2) Working in a collaborative environment with Human Resources Office staff and other management officials to develop strategic plan, goals, and objectives advising leaders how major planning decisions may impact civilian workforce; 3) Developing plans, managing and evaluating policy development, and overseeing implementation across the organization; 4) Serving in a high level leadership role overseeing several phases of a program; and 5) Serving as a representative, internal and external to the organization, in matters related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) and program management.
