Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Develop integrated test plans and schedules with project engineers, test site personnel, and other organizations involved in the shipboard test events to prove system integrity and sea trial readiness; 2) Interpret and apply ship overhaul and building specifications and requirements pertaining to design, maintenance, safety and operation of assigned equipment and systems; 3) Provide technical support to contractors’ shipboard testing work, deliverables and integrated production schedule for compliance and quality; 4) Review Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) and Combat Systems test procedures before and after completion of testing and work certification; and 5) Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to develop and manage new or modified integrated test plans sufficient to serve as a resident expert on ship testing.
