Qualification Summary
Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience must demonstrate ALL areas defined below: Experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Security, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Domain Name System (DNS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). Experience in Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online. Experience in Microsoft Office 365. Operational experience of managing a Microsoft Cloud infrastructure. Experience in Cisco IronPort. Experience in Mobile Application Management (MAM) & Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as design, configuration, optimization and maintenance. Experience in traditional networks, Firewalls and load balancers.
