Qualification Summary
IF YOU ARE AN OUTSIDE APPLICANT (i.e. you do not have current or prior federal competitive or excepted service) Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following: 1) Advising others on supply, purchasing, and acquisition laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; 2) Ensuring others properly abide by government purchase card laws, processes, and procedures, including the Prompt Pay Act; 3) Helping others work in an asset management program to meet supply chain management needs; and 4) Inspiring, guiding, and motivating others towards meeting an organization’s supply goals.
NOTE: This experience must be fully and clearly supported in your resume. IF YOU ARE AN APPLICANT WITH CURRENT OR PRIOR FEDERAL COMPETITIVE OR EXCEPTED SERVICE Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following: 1) Advising others on supply, purchasing, and acquisition laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; 2) Ensuring government purchase card laws, processes, and procedures, including the Prompt Pay Act are followed; and 3) Working in an asset management program to meet supply chain management needs.
